The Synchro Network is the wide network of individuals, initiatives and organizations interested in learning more and connecting and interacting with the Synchro program. The network includes practitioners from academic, non-governmental, industrial, and technical backgrounds. It also includes governmental links at several levels from the UN and Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission to Tribal governments and federal, state and local levels.  The Program Manager will be the key liaison with the Synchro Network.
